Full Journal pdf2001-04-27 House Journal Page 1279 SB 156 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 26, 2001, calendar (page 1250), was read the third time: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 156(RES) "An Act amending the Alaska Land Act to clarify the requirement of a single written best interest finding required for the sale, lease, or other disposal of state land or resources or an interest in them, and relating to certain disposals involving multiphased development; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSSB 156(RES) pass the House?" Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Kerttula gave notice of reconsideration of her vote on CSSB 156(RES).
